These have a single spa bath, with a shower over, king-size bed, small kitchen with a microwave, toaster and tea & coffee-making facilities. Flat-screen TV with 20 channels, including 5 Sky channels, 2 are sports. There is a small deck looking over the street in these upstairs units. All new carpet and vinyl in these rooms, July 2011.

Standard 1-bedroom units
These all have a queen-size and a single bed in the bedroom. There is a small lounge with a settee, large LCD TV and kitchen with a microwave, toaster and tea & coffee-making facilities. There is a flat-screen TV in the bedroom. The lounge opens onto a small private courtyard. All new carpet and vinyl in these rooms, July 2011.

1-bedroom executive units
All have a fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, jug & toaster. The complimentary coffee for the plunger is Tuatara, roasted for us in Golden Bay, what a way to start or finish off the day. Some of these rooms have a double spa. All have a new TV in the bedroom as well as the lounge. The upstairs rooms all open on to a deck.

2-bedroom units
These are apartment-sized, with room for all the family. Both are upstairs. There is a king-size bed in one bedroom, and 3 singles in the other. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, jug & toaster. Two flat-screen TVs and a DVD player. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over.
